The 90/90 stretching exercise helped me a lot, I felt more flexible after doing it. The leg swing exercise is another one that I liked, it cost me a bit to raise my leg higher but the important thing is to go little by little. The dynamic frogger exercise cost me a lot to do it because I had never done it before, my legs were very tense when doing it. With the wall press, it was a little uncomfortable for me at first, then I managed to do it.
